The building located in Bucharest, composed of two levels rotated one from the other according to the angle formed by the two alignments is distinguished by the sloping plane of the canopy, clad with wood on the intrados, finish that continues inside as the ceiling of the rooms below. The section best highlights the relationship between the living and sleeping areas, the height of which is defined by the slope of the roof: the living room facing the courtyard is on one and a half levels, while upstairs the lower area is occupied by dressing rooms and bathrooms and the higher area of the main facade - by the three bedrooms. The detailing of the interior design emphasises the clear, bold lines of the architecture, with the treatment of the wall surfaces in keeping with the exterior - wood, glass and natural stone cladding, with spectacular accents (the flamboyantly veined marble that greets you from the entrance hall), all in the idea of keeping the interior minimalist, refined and making the most efficient use of space. The central element of the house, both geometrically and especially aesthetically, is the spiral staircase that separates the living room from the dining room, the only curved element and therefore the one that attracts all eyes. The design of the staircase is striking with the detailing of the soffit - a wood-veneered, ribbed surface, and the elegance of the two planes of the white parapet.
