INTERIOR DESIGN O

The concept of interior design of the house in Bucharest starts from: rigor, refinement, balance, the ephemerality of the boundaries between spaces, which the architect declines in modern form. The ground floor dedicated to the living area is laid out as an open plan with the vestibule, living room, dining room and kitchen as functional areas. All the furniture is made to order and completely covers the surface of some of the walls, integrating where necessary the doors between the rooms, clad in the same material and mounted in the same plane as the finish. The living area has completely white floors and ceiling, between which the chromatic play of strong shades unfolds. Clean and rational orthogonal shapes are enriched by choosing a variety of natural textures with predominantly curved designs and warm colours. The choice of luminaires enhances the character of each wall: the centrally located sofa benefits from the general lighting of the perimeter shell and a suspended luminaire with curved geometry, while the sides are treated differently. The kitchen is made from the chromatic play of two colours, white and sand, the former applied with a matt texture on the worktop and the latter with a lacquered finish on the wall units and the side wall concealing the storage door.
