ATRIA URBAN RESORT RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX PHASE 2

The Atria Urban Resort residential complex in Bucharest, whose first phase won the hearts of customers and urban enthusiasts with its innovative concept of urban living, is expanding with the second phase. The new volume proposed by the architect is also a U-shaped P+4 body, but oriented differently from the first one and of larger dimensions, with the free side directed towards a P+6 blade-type volume, with shops on the ground floor, oriented along Șoselei Chitilei. The vast space defined by the interior facades of the U allows for an expansive park with an uncovered swimming pool as well as the introduction of a perimeter, level parking ring. Between the parking lots and the private gardens of the ground floor apartments are pedestrian walkways bordered by fencing lined with natural materials to protect their privacy. The option to build only above-ground parking lots has reduced urban land use and occupancy coefficients, increased distances between blocks, limited block heights, and allowed the planting of tall trees on natural ground, a series of advantages with great environmental value. The central park is landscaped with perennial plant species, with winding paths and playgrounds adapted to the micro-relief and plantings, allowing children to connect with nature during play.
