SALAJ RESIDENTIAL COMPLEX

The residential complex of six tower blocks located on a deep developed plot facing the Sălaj Road in Bucharest sets a high standard of elegance for the developing area, thus contributing to increasing the value of the whole neighbourhood and attracting new investments of similar aesthetic value. The block on the street has a building regime of S+P+11E and eight apartments per level, a commercial space on the ground floor and a proportion developed vertically, accentuated by facades resolved with breaks in the plan, so that the perceived volume has the width of half a facade and therefore a slimmer image. The full vertical zones of the facades, joined to the vertical glazed strips, also contribute to the elongated proportion of the volumes. Blocks C2-C6 are one storey lower and develop along the perpendicular to the access street. The simple, clear lines of the loggias and windows of level height and the lack of any elements out of the plane of the facade give the ensemble a minimalist and timeless air. Loggias, unlike balcony-balconies, do not give the possibility of unsightly terrace enclosures, but guarantee that the quality image will be maintained throughout the life of the building.
